1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on 3636 jl. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3636 jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Deposits

3636 jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 3636 jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 3636 jl account. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on 3636 jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 3636 jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

3636 jl employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the platform. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment instruments, or collusion — will be immediately suspended, and all balances may be forfeited. 3636 jl reserves the right to report suspected fraud to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

3636 jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 3636 jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Game outcomes are determined solely by the applicable game mechanics and are not influenced by 3636 jl or any third party.

Players are expected to engage with games in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 3636 jl reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through such means and to close the relevant account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

3636 jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

In no event shall 3636 jl's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

3636 jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 3636 jl to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3636 jl with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
